Audience measurement tools
We use the open-source tool Matomo Open Analytics Platform (formerly called Piwik) on a dedicated platform of the Charco Net Group and follow the recommendations of the CNIL (compliance with regulations – RGPD):
- Anonymize the IP address: To avoid going back to a natural person, only the first two bytes of the IP address will be kept (last 2 bytes of the masked IP, e.g.: 192.168.xxx.xxx).
- Offer a solution to oppose the deposit of cookies for audience measurement purposes: see the following section “Opposition to the deposit of cookies”.
- DoNotTrack: We respect your choice not to be counted in our statistics in case of activation of the DoNotTrack functionality (“do not track”).
